Job Title;Production Operative


Salary; £24,548 per annum increasing to £26,281 per annum after 6 months depending on performance


Shift Pattern;Rotating AM/ PM ShiftsMonday - Friday


Location;Loughborough, Leicestershire

Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Loughborough are seeking Permanent Production Operatives for their site in Loughborough.

You will be working as a valued and vital member of the team, ensuring that their production operations are runningas smoothly as possible and in line with targets and objectives.


The Production Operative Role;

  • Working in a busy manufacturing environment
  • Responsible for production process from raw materials through to finished goods
  • Packing products efficiently and sending them through to despatch
  • Checking the quality of products for any nonconformance
  • Working towards KPIs and targets
  • Able to work rotating day shifts
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Compliance with health & safety procedures on site
