Leading manufacturing company is actively recruiting for a Training Coordinator for a 12 month FTC maternity cover.
It is essential for this role that the
Training Coordinatorhas previous history working within a busy training / scheduling / events management style of environment due to timescales involved in the work the department carries out.
Essential experience for the position of Training Coordinator
- CPP (Certificate in Personnel Practice or 2021 People Practice) qualified and a genuine interest in HR & L&D as a career
- Ideally two years proven Training Coordination experience in a busy L&D environment
- Manufacturing and / or construction industry experience useful but not essential
- IT proficient experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRLMS a distinct advantage
- Excellent planning, organising skills, with an ability to prioritise and juggle a busy workload and multitask
- First class attention to detail
- Preemptive and able to assimilate new information quickly.
- Proactive at all times and able to work on own initiative without supervision.
- Ability to travel to various parts of the business when required, to execute duties.
- Car owner & driver.
Preferred:
- Working towards CIPD Level 5 in Organisational Learning and Development
- This role is open to hybrid working (i.e. working from home and in the office) pattern
