Description
The key responsibilities:
- Design and prototyping of payroll affecting system functionality
- Review new functionality documentation and make recommendations
- Business process review and reengineering where required
- Testing on patches
- Downloading tax codes
- Identification of policy updates where required
- System Configuration and Testing
- BI Reporting
- Running reports
Profile
- Excellent payroll knowledge to include statutory family friendly leave, tax calculations, RTI, Pension and GL requirements
- Proven experience of HR & Payroll system configuration
- Experience of testing e.g. automatic patches, functional testing and new feature releases
- Experience of process mapping
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and nontechnical audience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence, motivate and build rapport with others
- Innovative and proactive approach to work and professional development
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability manage priorities and conflicting deadlines
- Understanding of GDPR Legislation
- Knowledge of Work Force Management systems e.g Rostering, Online Time sheets,
- Previous experience and knowledge of PeopleXD (CoreHR)
