About the role and team
***We are seeking a Legal Assistant to help with delivery of work in our Social Housing team in Birmingham who deal with residential developments, within our Property department. The team carries out a wide variety of work, both complex and routine for registered providers and has a strong pipeline of instructions.


Given the volume of units acquired and pace of the work, time management, accuracy and being a team player are vital for this role.

***You will also possess the following skills:
  • Ability to work for a number of fee earners at the same time
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • A willingness to learn
  • A strong team player
  • Confident and proactive with a "can do" attitude
Experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable:

  • Plot sales
  • Acquisition and disposal of dwellings
  • Site set ups
