Are you a proactive and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic and creative industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a massive prop hire company as a Customer Service/Administrator.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their prop hire experience exceeds expectations.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate props for their specific projects and events.
  • Manage and process prop hire orders, including booking, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.
