Private Client Senior Solicitor/Partner - Southampton

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Senior Associate or Partner equipped with STEP and ACTAPS membership to join a Legal 200 law firm.

The esteemed law firm is seeking a diligent and proficient Private Client fee earner as an addition to their Tax and Estates Planning Department, based in the Southampton office

This role will involve:

Unsupervised administration of estates (disputed)
Lasting powers of attorney registration
Contentious trusts and probate
Drafting of wills
