Description

A leading global investment bank is looking for a Project Manager with experience of Legal entity and client migration

Contract role - 2 years

£ a day (Umbrella)

Hybrid working model - offices are based in London

MUST HAVE worked within investment banking before and have experience of Project Management with legal entities and client migration.
You have significant experience in the finance industry with technical business analysis experience

  • Experience in providing change management solutions in support of largescale legal entity transformation initiatives
  • Proven experience in identifying complex business problems and deliver practical and sustainable solutions
  • Deep knowledge of client and trade data structure, including legal entity identifying information and complex client legal entity relationships
  • Sound knowledge of financial products (e.g., Equity, Repo, Bonds) and banking processes
  • Understanding of legal agreements per product
  • Ability to assess impact of issues based on context relevant criteria, drive progress across multiple groups
  • Demonstrable experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • You have passion for teamwork, execution excellence and process efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
  • You have excellent written and interpersonal communication skill
