Description

This role requires an individual with a relevant clinical qualification and current NMC professional registration Experience in the management of people and services in the health sector.

To lead and co-ordinate a high quality, safe, effective and efficient service to meet the needs of the defined patient group.

To ensure delivery of the service specification and any required KPIs, ensuring service development. Strong links are required with other internal and external teams and services.

This role requires the maintenance of direct clinical contact, in the supervision and management of the clinical team.
