_ About the role_

Reporting to the Executive Chef or senior Chef on duty, as our Kitchen Portal you will support the seamless running of the kitchen, by providing a highly efficient and effective service.

Assisting in the food preparation process
Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
Assisting other Chefs
Helping with deliveries and restocking
Assisting with stock rotation
Supporting all Hygiene / Cleaning of all areas of the food production
Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards including HACCP and Allergens due diligence
To maintain a healthy, productive and safe working environment at all times
