Despatch Operative

Responsibilities:

Pick, Pack & Process Internal orders for all internal Companies I.e., Kelvatek CSC, Camlin Engineering etc
Log all Internal order shipments on Camlin Tech Shipping Database
Complete sign & log all internal Invoices for shipments from Finance Department
Arrange all Internal Shipments for all Camlin Departments i.e., IT Department, Procurement, Marketing etc
Ensure all invoicing is kept completely up to date
Book all domestic shipments with the relevant couriers ensuring cost comparison & quotes to ensure best value service
Assist with international shipments as & when required
Assist &book any inbound courier collections
Complete all stock transactions on the company stock control system
Assist with the packing of any orders as & when required

YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

2 years' previous experience in a demanding production assembly environment
Good IT and administration skills

DESIRABLE

Forklift & pallet truck licence powered & manual
Microsoft Office proficient
