Rate:
£15 per hour

We are currently seeking a Temporary Care Navigator to join our team in Birmingham. This position is temporary and will last for a minimum of 5 weeks, with the possibility of extension.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients in navigating the healthcare system efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients in accessing healthcare services and resources.
  • Coordinate appointments and referrals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Keep uptodate with changes in healthcare policies and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in using System One software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in healthcare navigation or a related field is desirable but not essential.
