Description
A Central Government Client is looking for a Finance Administrator to join them on a contract basis for 3 months, hybrid working, 2 days in an office in London.
Essential skills:
- Inputting into standardised reports / dashboards for monthly financial reviews
- Ensuring the use the correct accounting entries completed in compliance with relevant internal and wider government policy and a robust audit trail maintained.
- Monitoring, and where appropriate approving invoices, engaging with commercial and suppliers when required to resolve issues.
- Undertaking the input of budget profiles into corporate reporting systems, forming the baseline for future progress measurement.
- Reviewing the Chart of Accounts
- Continuous improvement
- Supporting addressing issues highlighted during internal or external audit
