Description

Our client, a recognised international security company, is seeking an experienced administrator to join them on an ongoing temporary basis This is a rewarding opportunity to be an integral member of the team and utilise your administrative skills.

Week Commencing Monday the 27th of February


Location:
Euston, in office 5 days


Pay:
£14 per hour


Duties

  • Document control and checking
  • Administrating and filling for the compliance team
  • Support, and meet the compliance and quality needs of the administration
  • The coordination and submission of learner data, ensuring compliance and quality whilst adopting strong selfmanagement and a proactive approach towards own targets and/or deadlines.
  • Supporting colleagues and management across the organisation
  • Liaise with team members, learners, employers, and other external bodies with regard to funding queries and communicate effectively across the company, ensuring a consistent approach to company administration.
  • Utilise company systems effectively to aid achievement by being selfdriven to meet the timely deadline in the processing of data.
