The Role
We are looking for a Curriculum Data Officer to join our Academic Registry Services department. This post is situated within the University's central Curriculum Data Team.

This role will have specific responsibility for building and maintaining the academic curriculum in the central student records system and ensuring data integrity in the related systems.


The key activities of the role are:

  • Liaising with Academic Office staff to collate and publish curriculum information
  • Manage and maintain published data and ensure accuracy and timeliness as it relates to other university processes
  • Contribute to Registrywide systems and processes

You


This role is for you if you can work systematically, ensuring data accuracy and close attention to detail / good proof-reading skills when working with large, complex data sets.

You should be able to manage your own time and workload, juggling competing priorities as necessary to meet the University's needs.

A willingness to work cooperatively across teams and meet common deadlines is essential.
