Job description

We are a popular garden and grounds maintenance company based in Wanstead East London.

We are currently on the search for a new commercial grounds maintenance operative to join our team.

Your responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to;
Weeding and pruning.
Perform basic maintenance such as cutting the grass, emptying bins, managing weed control and leaf raking.
Plant and shrub care.
Maintain a clean garden by clearing rubbish and litter from the garden and grounds.
Maintain and grow the garden to ensure it meets specific requirements and expectations.
Working with garden powers tools. (lawnmowers, strimmers, hedge cutters etc.)
Ensure a safe environment for staff and clients.
You will also be working with our commercial clients maintaining communal work areas, pubs, hotels etc...

Garden maintenance experience is essential.
Must know how to use all standard gardening power tools and equipment.
No criminal convictions due to DBS requirements

Physically fit
Friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
PA1/PA6 license will be preferred
Horticulture qualifications will be a bonus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
Up to £20,000.00 per year
