This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday hrs)

The Main Duties of the Office Administrator:


  • General administrative duties in an efficient and effective manner to deliver a world class service.
  • Prepare and cross check all documentation relating to the movement of goods in order to meet customer service levels.
  • Answer and direct queries promptly and in a professional manner providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered.
  • Maintain a relevant and structured filing system to establish an organised department.
  • Work in a safe and tidy manner
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies, working with invoices and receipts, coordinating with other departments.
  • The submission of all customers related documentation, inbound and outbound.
  • Working closely with the stock control team, goods in/goods out desk etc. to make sure all orders are fully fulfilled if stock is available on site.
  • To lead the successful daily running of the office by contributing to & implementing improved performance

Skills & Experience required for the Office Administrator:

Must have experience of working in a distribution environment:


  • Have attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft office.
  • Be organised.
  • Work to deadlines.
  • Good telephone manner.

Job Types:

Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:

£22,000.00 per year
