Customer Service Advisor - Wath-upon-Dearne - Temporary to Permanent - Full-time

Work from home options after first - 6 weeks


Customer Service Advisor


As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for the company and engage with the client base.

You will be providing customers with a fantastic customer service experience, ensuring customers accounts are accurate and up to date and also handling any complaints that may come your way.

This position is purely a customer service role with no sales element. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your Customer service skills and work for a supportive engaging company.


As a customer Service advisor you will be required to:

  • Building rapport with customers
  • Be professional and handle customer service enquiries
  • Listen to customer needs and ensure a unique solution is provided
  • Demonstrate an indepth knowledge of the services that the company provides
  • Ensure all admin is completed accurately

The Customer Service Advisor requires:


  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Previous Customer Service experience in a retail or a call centre role
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A good work ethic

Hourly rate:
£10.42 per hour


Shifts:
Monday to Friday. Shift between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, no weekends 37.5 hours
