Description
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate effectively with customers via various face to face channels to provide prompt and courteous assistance
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products, services, and policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Experience:


  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to analyze information and problemsolve effectively
  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,698.26 per year
