We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via various face to face channels to provide prompt and courteous assistance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze information and problemsolve effectively
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued

From £23,698.26 per year
