Legal Secretary - Commercial
Duties
The role includes but is not limited to the following:
- Audio and copy typing all correspondence to include letters and legal forms; AP1's, TR1, ST5, RX1, FR1 and producing SDLT forms.
- Client contact
- Undertake general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing.
- Opening and closing files.
- Access and input data on to the firm's case management system
- Visual Files.
- Proven experience working as a Legal Secretary within a busy Commercial Property department. Will consider experience within Residential Property.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise.
- Good communication skills both on the telephone and in person.
- Attention to detail.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
