An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Events Coordinator to be a key part of our dedicated team, working in a professional, hospitable and friendly environment, with training and development opportunities and great benefits.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.

Due to nature of the business flexibility is required for this role and it may involve working early evenings and weekends.

Your duties as a Restaurant Events Coordinator will include, but will not be limited to:

Assisting the Events Manager on a daily basis;
Assisting in producing, collating, and distributing function sheets on a weekly basis and ensuring that all information is current and correct;
Resolve any complaints using previous experience and good judgement.

The Successful Restaurant Events Coordinator will:

Have previous experience within a similar high-end, high-volume hospitality environment;
Have a friendly and professional telephone manner;
Be a great team player and also have the ability to work on own initiative;
