IT Support Technician
North Manchester
Up to £25k DOE

One of the UK's leading distribution businesses are looking for an additional set of hands to help support the groups IT function from their Manchester office.

Supporting around 300 users, as the IT Technician you will work closely with the IT Manager acrossall things BAU Support as well as Projects.

Responsibilities:

**Provide Desk top support to users across the group
**Work closely with the IT Manager to identify issues and provide quick fixes to these
**Ensure issues are dealt with and resolved in an efficient and friendly manner
**To build and maintain rapport with staff
**To work across both BAU support and Project work
