We are looking for a dynamic Housing Management Support Officer to take responsibility for the management of a stock of properties within West Berkshire.
You also must be able to multi-task and take a hands on approach to supporting our compliance in our role as a landlord and ensure that tenancy management such as, lettings, breaches of tenancy and rent arrears are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
There is also a strong emphasis on supporting people to sustain their homes and quality of life.Provide advice for safeguarding and health and well-being on a wide range of issues including housing, welfare rights, personal finance, hoarding, tenancy management, mediation, life skills and the promotion of personal independence.
You will demonstrate your strength as a team player assisting with housing related projects such as, the implementation of a new housing ICT system to manage rent accounts and contribute towards changes in policies and procedures.
