This new and exciting role within the Workforce and OD Directorate will work closely with Workforce and OD colleagues to lead international and domestic talent acquisition for Doctors and Nurses in line with the Trust's recruitment and retention plan


Working as part of the Workforce and OD Directorate and reporting into the Head of People Operations, you will need to be passionate about developing a talent pipeline for our hard to recruit roles of Consultants, GPs and Nurses.

You will have a value set that fits with our Trust and the NHS and will work collaboratively with all stakeholders to maximise ability to recruit and onboard effectively.

This is a Fixed Term, full time role with funding until March 2024.


With every day presenting you with challenges in a fast-paced setting, you will excel if you are organised, driven to succeed and have excellent people skills.


In addition, you will also have:

  • Exceptional communication, influencing and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an environment building relationships with a number of internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to develop bespoke and creative solutions to recruitment challenges as well as to meet the objectives set within Trust strategies and workforce plans.
