We are hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the principle point of contact for Aggreko's customers
  • Manage all internal touchpoints during the lifecycle of the rental
  • Collaborate with the sales and Operations teams to ensure a successful customer experience
  • Meet the expectations and requirements of the customers
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect
  • Work closely to support internal teams such as the Sector Sales teams
  • Perform all support activities for the sale data entry, scheduling, handling invoice queries
  • Handle incoming customers calls to address equipment, service or contract queries
  • Manage customer credit limits and payment expectations
  • Own the customers problems and assume responsibility for actions, decisions, and communication, to drive for a successful outcome

You'll have the following skills and experience:
You will have experience working in a similar customer service or account management role. Experience working within the rentals, construction or civils industries would be beneficial. Experience using a CRM system, ideally Salesforce, is a huge benefit to this role but training can be provided.


You will have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to gain information from customers and offer suitable product and service solutions.

You will be able to develop and manage stakeholder relationships, internally and externally, and work collaboratively across wider teams. You'll have the ability to solve problems and think out-side the box. You will be self-motivated and have a proactive approach.
