An excellent opportunity to start a career, complete a Business Administration Apprenticeship and join the team, in this rapidly expanding Emergency Power Products company that designs, supplies, installs, commissions and then maintains power supply systems

We would like the apprentice to stay with us and progress within the business after completion of the Apprenticeship

The Company
-
Started way back in 1990 and we are expertly positioned to supply, install and maintain all critical power protection systems, be that a UPS, lighting inverter or generator.

The Position

Responsibilities include:

- Working with our service team completing Method statements and service reports

- Raising purchase orders and liaising between supplier and service team

- Assisting with company accreditations and audits.

- Liaising with engineers on queries

- Answering and redirecting calls

- General office duties

Desired qualifications

Apprentices are required to have GCSE grades A*C/94 in maths & English

Training to be provided

Level 3 in Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard

Course Content:

Utilising IT programs and software
Decision making
Managing a quality service
Project management
Understanding the organisation and stakeholders
Relevant regulations and policies
Business fundamentals
Professionalism and performance management
Functional skills if needed

This Apprenticeship will involve:

Off the job training
You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours
You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role
The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months
This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
