Currently based at Maiden Castle Road, in Dorchester, The Retreat offers an open access service for people in crisis and distress.

The purpose is to provide a space for people to be listened to, to connect with others and access peer support and brief interventions.


We are looking to recruit forward-thinking Mental Health Professionals from the field of nursing, occupational therapy and social work at Maiden Castle Road, Dorchester Retreat.

The Retreat is an exciting and innovative approach, delivered in partnership to support people experiencing mental health crisis.
