The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the Resourcing team provide a professional, responsive and comprehensive resourcing service for the NCA.

Overseeing the day to day operational management of the team, your primary role will be to ensure that our service is consistently delivered to a high standard and is in line with NCA policies, strategies, NHS employment regulations, legal requirements and KPIs.

Maintaining and prioritising demanding workflows while being able to adjust and reallocate work to ensure tight deadlines are met


Line management and development of the Resourcing team and creation of an environment through which the team continuously improve and strive to deliver an excellent service is a key element of the role.
