Reed Financial services are pleased to be supporting a national IFA business and due to growth seek a Remote based Employee Benefit support administrator
In return a salary up to £30,000 can be offered plus an array of fantastic benefits, plus the flexibility to work from home.
Key Tasks
- Prepare documentation for client appointments / meetings
- Undertake office duties, such as filing, post, stock and order systems, minute taking
- Completion of client reports
- Send prepared investment information / reports to clients
- Respond to client administrative inquiries, face to face, through telecommunications or letter
- Develop processes to support paraplanners and Financial advisors
- Maintain the integrity of ' Model Office' processes and databases
- Participate in Supervision
- Liaise with providers with necessary and communicate outcomes
- Assist with the retention and development of client relationships
- Assist in the identification and development of new clients
- Evidence CPD
- 2 years' experience in a Financial Services industry including employee benefits exposure
- Good secretarial and numeracy skills with high degree of accuracy a prerequisite
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages essential
- Desirable knowledge of Model Office
- Desirable NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration
