We are actively recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join our Family team in Manchester, supporting our Head of Practice.


Working alongside our fee earners, we are seeking those who can provide administrative support, ensuring effective management of files from opening to archiving, whilst also handling post, dealing with enquiries where possible from clients, executive andexternal parties and lodging documents with the relevant courts, completion of court forms may also be required.

Other duties would include assistance with billing requirements, maintaining financial records and bill preparation.

There will also be instances whereby outstanding costs and disbursements would need to be chased, along with ensuring paying in of chequesand managing the fee earners time recording, billing and debtor management.


Ideally we are looking for those with previous experience as a Legal Secretary, who have demonstrable typing skills, taking instruction through speech recognition and managing multiple diaries.
