Night Care Assistant Vacancies available

Bailey Care were established in 2014, specialising in the support of local services and have an excellent reputation within the community.

We have partnered up with highly regarded local and national organisations who are dedicated in finding Support Workers,Domestic Assistants, Cooks, Care Assistants and Kitchen Assistants for well-established care homes in the East and West Sussex area.

One of our clients require Night Care Assistants to join their fantastic team in their 60 bedded care home as soon as possible.

Here's what you need to know about this job role:
Assisting with personal care to the best of your ability. This includes washing/showering, toileting, undressing and dressing
Support and assistance with residents getting into bed
Recording of resident's logbook and food/fluid intake charts (whether it be paper or electronic)
Promoting as much independence to the residents as possible
Ensuring Person Centred Care, respecting the residents with dignity
Answering incoming call bells
Providing companionship

Requirements for a Night Care Assistant:
Enhanced DBS clearance
