If so then this role could be just for you We are seeking a Production Assistant to join the manufacturing team at our Newton site.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the assembly, packing, and cleaning of product.
  • Providing holiday cover within the department.
  • Complying with company policies, procedures and core values.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Working as part of a team.

We are looking for:

  • Someone who is numerically competent
  • Proactive in work approach and ability to escalate promptly through the correct channels
  • Flexible and adaptable with ability to multitask and grow within a fastworking environment
  • Good organizational skills and ability to focus on detail
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to take pride in the job at hand.
  • Committed to company policy, procedures & core values.
  • Experience of working in a similar manufacturing environment is advantageous, not essential.
