We have a current opportunity for a Product Owner on a contract basis. The position will be based in Solihull twice a week and will be INSIDE of IR35.JOB PURPOSE
Deliver customer experience (CX) improvements that
- Increase digitisation of our business and reduce customer and colleague effort
- Improve Net Promoter Score (NPS)
SCOPE
This role has potential to impact the experience of over 1.5m customers and millions of pounds of revenue each year
They will use conversion, customer and market insights to lead the delivery of our product roadmaps in partnership with SMEs from across the business - and from our partners
They will lead on gathering and defining requirements from stakeholders, designing our go-to customer journeys - and UAT testing of functionality pre-go live
These functionality items will include
- Testing of incremental improvements to the existing journeys
- Developments to improve our ability to measure and content manage our journeys
- Other transversal digital infrastructure development based on customer or regulatory requirements
To succeed, you must have
- Experience of leading the delivery of digital products to market successfully ( in an agile method)
- An eye for detail particularly in documenting requirements and UAT testing
- Experience in testing digital solutions
- A delivery focus completerfinisher approach
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop clear and prioritised functionality backlog from insight that define our programme of development
- Working closely with our UX design team to ensure we have clearly defined the customer journey
- Development of detailed customer journey maps and use cases that include detailed thinking on edge cases
- Detailed documentation of requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure the proposition meets the needs of the customer and our business
- Work closely with IT and our Digital Factory team to deliver via scrum / agile
- Lead liason with other business stakeholders to deliver a solution that works for our customers, our stakeholders and complies with all Legal, Regulatory and Conduct requirements
- User Experience testing ensure that the proposition delivers on our UX and customer experience requirements
- Ensure delivery of customer and commercial benefits
