Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor, looking for a new challenge?
We are currently recruiting for a company based in Maldon, who are looking to offer you a salary of £25,000.
You will be joining a friendly and welcoming team, working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm, office based with free parking.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Ensure sales orders from customers and distributors are handled promptly and entered onto the Company's ERP system for prompt picking and dispatch purposes
- Assist with setting up new contracts efficiently and ensuring that all new pricing relating to new contracts are set up against all relevant sites
- Inform customers of any sales order discrepancies and delays in dispatching goods
- Liaise with internal and external customers to identify areas for improvement, make recommendations and support implementation
- Liaison with customers and BDMs to resolve any queries on orders, prices, stock, delivery, general queries, sample requests etc.
- Conduct ongoing customer feedback review, ensuring feedback is communicated and acted upon to improve service and maintain processes where necessary
- Review product stock levels to ensure customer demands can be met
- Ensure all timeframes for despatch are communicated and all paperwork is in order
- Problemsolve and troubleshoot unusual queries and technical issues that arise
