Your challenges

  • Source and hire toptier talent for Deriv's global offices to set the stage for organisational success and ensure alignment with departmental KPIs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders like hiring managers and department leaders to craft recruitment strategies that meet Deriv's evolving talent needs.
  • Craft compelling content in partnership with the marketing team, spotlighting Deriv's unique attributes through videos, articles, and social media campaigns.
  • Utilise and analyse datadriven approaches to offer actionable insights on talent pools, compensation trends, and recruitment effectiveness.

What you have

  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter in finance or tech
  • University degree in human resources or a related field
  • Capability in recruitment marketing, employer brandbuilding experience
  • Strong grasp of HR and recruiting best practices, decisionmaking skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in office management software such as Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to grasp new systems and procedures
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
