Through your meticulous selection process, you'll build the future of Deriv, one exemplary hire at a time.Your challenges
- Source and hire toptier talent for Deriv's global offices to set the stage for organisational success and ensure alignment with departmental KPIs.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders like hiring managers and department leaders to craft recruitment strategies that meet Deriv's evolving talent needs.
- Craft compelling content in partnership with the marketing team, spotlighting Deriv's unique attributes through videos, articles, and social media campaigns.
- Utilise and analyse datadriven approaches to offer actionable insights on talent pools, compensation trends, and recruitment effectiveness.
What you have
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter in finance or tech
- University degree in human resources or a related field
- Capability in recruitment marketing, employer brandbuilding experience
- Strong grasp of HR and recruiting best practices, decisionmaking skills, and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in office management software such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Ability to grasp new systems and procedures
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
