Our client is looking for an additional member of staff to join their growing HR team due to ambitious plans for growth in the years ahead.

This is a demanding and busy environment and you will be providing support to over 2000 members of staff across the UK.

As such, you will be involved in a wide range of duties relating to recruitment, absence management, starters and leavers and database management.

Your initiative and ideas will be widely received and any improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency will be appreciated.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and placing adverts online
  • Sifting through CV's and arranging interviews
  • Preparing offer letters and contracts of employment
  • Maintaining the HR database relating to starters and leavers
  • Monitoring sickness and absences of employees
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries from management across the business
