Yolk Recruitment are proud to support this exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join the finance team in a laboratoryenvironment.

This is what you'll be doing:

Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
Managing payroll and company ledgers
Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
Assisting with budget preparation and bank reconciliations
Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
Coordinating internal and external audits

The experience you'll bring to the team:

Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office
Payroll experience and a good knowledge of balance sheet account preparation
Detailoriented and organized with a good understanding of business maths
Sage experience is advantageous
A degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
