Town Planner - Leamington Spa

Salary:
Negotiable depending on skills and experience

Due to continued growth, this leading multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Town Planner to work as part of their Leamington Spa based planning team.

The team work to deliver expert advice and guidance to their clients on awide range of planning and development issues.

Have a relevant BSc / MSc (or equivalent) RTPI accredited degree
Have Chartered Membership to the RTPI (or be working towards this)
Have previous experience working as a Town Planner (either private or public sector)

Duties:

Delivering major and minor developments across the UK in the residential, commercial and retail sectors
Undertaking planning appraisals
Advising on the development potential of land and buildings
Providing policy advice and research
Liaising with clients and local authorities
Mentoring junior members of the team
