We are looking for efficient and effective receptionists/administrators to join our busy, friendly Front of House team, which is based in the North Central Division.
You should be hardworking, flexible and motivated to provide a high quality service.A significant part of the role will be patient facing, checking in patients, and answering queries and also administrative duties.
The service operates , 7 days per week on a shift/rota basis including Bank holidays.Administrative skills, impeccable organisational skills, enjoy handling patient queries over the telephone, customer service skills, SystmOne and/or EMIS knowledge preferred, excellent written, spoken and telephone communication skills

- To collect, process, distribute incoming
- General photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing of confidential and nonconfidential
- To utilise the relevant IT systems to enter and retrieve data ensuring all details are accurately recorded in a timely manner.
