About the role

You'll be reporting to the Head of Marketing whilst working closely with all the others around you in the marketing and content team.

We are looking for someone to assist across various marketing activities, with a focus on paid strategy and copywriting and audience segmentation.

You'll be working with a data-driven approach to inform strategy decisions. You may also do some occasional content writing, primarily for our website.

What you need

Essential:

34 years of experience
Willingness to learn and grow with the team
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Ads
Have excellent digital and analytical skills combined with a good knowledge of SEO and digital advertising
Experience using MailChimp or similar EPS software
Knowledge of segmentation best practices

Good to have:

Understanding of Wordpress
Experience working with PPC
Photo editing and an eye for design
Experience leading projects
Experience presenting to key stakeholders

What you're like
You'll have a love for travel, a passion for learning about the world and an interest in responsible travel.

Being able to work in a team is essential, but it's also important to show initiative, work under your own steam and bring new ideas to the table.

You'll be a self starter who can take ownership of campaigns from inception to review. Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise work effectively.

Salary:
£32,000 - £40,000 DOE
