Description

Night shift Stock Administrator position available for our client in Crayford
Maintain integrity of Stock Inventory, produce all Stock reports in a timely manner.

Accurately count and reconcile stock room reports, ensure all Stock counting processes are adhered to in an accurate and timely manner.

Liaise with warehouse for Stock counting windows, accurately count and record inventory.


Monday to Friday
Start 16:00pm until finish

(if 8h shift - 00am finish, if 10h shift - 2am finish, if 12h shift - 4am finish)
£12.52ph


PPE - Boots & Hi Viz required
You must be local in the area and have your own transport to be able to get to/from site. No public transport available at the finish times

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):_

  • Use of the JDE and Red Prairie Systems to prepare and print out relevant paperwork for picking, loading, shipping manifests etc.
  • Confirm the Completion and Shipping of loads on Red Prairie System.
  • Carry out Physical Inventory stock checks using systems. Accurately count, record, and reconcile any stock variances.
  • Analyse and produce reports on any stock issues.
  • When required conduct Return to Work interviews with employees/maintain sickness records and process if required for possible Capability Procedure.
  • Update and maintain different spreadsheets like attendance records, weekly overtime records, stock tracking etc.
  • Keep the filing of paperwork in a systematic and up to date manner disposing of those records not required anymore.
  • Provide cover for warehouse operatives if required.
  • Maintain security & health & safety process in line with the site policy.

Required skills:_

Experienced and proficient in excel/spreadsheet filling:

  • High level of numeracy
  • Work effectively within a team environment, must also be selfmotivated and able to work on their own initiative
  • Ability to present information in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ability to resolve problems and identify root causes in a timely manner
  • Excellent aptitude to computer systems
  • Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment.
  • Calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in similar role preferable
  • Warehouse Management system experience desirable

IMMIDIATE START

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
