We're looking for Head of PFI to join our Kier Places PFI TeamLocation:
National Role - Commutable to any of our offices - London, Sheffield, Cardiff or Basingstoke
Contract:
Permanent - Full Time
Responsibilities
As a Head of PFI, you'll be working within the Workplace Solutions Team, responsible for the operational performance of the portfolio of PFI Contracts including where applicable FM Contracts
Your day to day will include:
- Ensure operational performance of the Portfolio are met and regular reports are issued to Operations Director
- Ensure that monthly reviews of the P&L is undertaken with the Operations Mangers and PFI Finance Manager and that the P&L is in line with agreed forecast and targets. A report of this to be forwarded to the Operations Director along with a list of all financial and commercial risks
- Ensure that all Operational, Contractual, Performance, Health & Safety, Compliance and Financial Management Reports are reviewed on a regular basis ensuring they are in the agreed format and in line with Kier reporting dates and Contract requirements and to an acceptable standards
- Keep the Operations Director fully informed of all contract issues that are likely to impact on Performance or has a Health & Safety or Financial implication
- Ensure that the Contract Management team are the expert in their PFI Contracts and have a full understanding of all contract
What are we looking for?
This role of Head of PFI is great for you if have:
- Experience of operating a number of Contracts at a senior level
- Proven PPP/PFI contract management knowledge including operational level experience
- Senior experience working with operational service delivery and FM contracts
- Senior experience working in relation to estates commercials and contract management
- Extensive experience of working with PFI teams across public and private sectors
- Experience of effectively managing estates portfolios
- Experience of leading complex projects
- Extensive experience of directly leading substantial change to deliver project success that balances the stakeholder needs, operational command and business standards
- Proven track record of sound commercial and contract management including the development of effective strategies within a large complex organisation
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Evidence of leadership and delivery on large strategic developments
