- Spirit Terminal (Onshore)**
Contract Type: Full Time
The Opportunity
KAEFER UK and Ireland are seeking the services of a Work Preparator to assist the existing site management team at Spirits Onshore site in Barrow.
- Prepare and issue project documentation including work packs
- Assist Works Supervisor in preparation for and during the execution of all Project Works
- Review documentation issued by engineers and vendors
- Liaison with TA's as required, both local and external
- Attending and scheduling progress meetings with stakeholders and recording of minutes of meetings such as contrac meetings, internal KAEFER meetings
- Participate in technical reviews for QA/QC and engineering works
- Ensure all necessary permits to work requirements are in place prior to commencement of any Project Works
- Scheduling activities including recording of actions from weekly schedule meeting and preparation of weekly labour lookahead
- Preparation of estimates and issuing Work Instructions for approval
- Assistance with materials procurement and expediting of same for upcoming project works
- Preparation of monthly hours expended report for submission to Vermillion
The Person
Competent working in SAP
P6 experience is desirable
Experience working within the Industrial services sector, Scaffolding, Insulation and painting is desirable.
