Shift & Schedule
Monday - Friday plus Saturday Rota.

We are looking for an organized individual looking for an admin role within the property industry. We are have a position available for a Lettings administrator in our branch.

As a lettings administrator you will play a crucial role in providing admin support and ensuring the smooth operation of our property letting processes including maintenance coordination.

If you have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering customer service we would love to hear from you.


  • Assist the lettings team with the management of managed portfolio
  • Coordinate property inspections, ensure compliance certificates are up to date and organize renewal, address maintenance issue in a timely manner.
  • Carry out property inspections
  • Support the property management team in various admin tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars and liase with contractors.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£24,000.00 per year
