_Are you a proactive 'can do' person with fantastic attention to detail and data input accuracy? We have a great opportunity for a HR Officer to join our HR team_

Using your experience of providing professional and transactional people support, you'll play a key part in the HR Team, providing critical administration support in management information and reporting.

Your main responsibilities:

Manage all people compliance checks including setting up new starters, processing leavers, changes, and exceptions through our HRIS and payroll system
Payroll processing, providing recruitment and onboarding support, producing employee contracts, offer letters and change letters
Providing professional, transactional people support, you'll operate across a generalist remit providing endtoend support across the employee life cycle
Ensuring all data is maintained in our system
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in other areas of HR including supporting on People projects.

About You

Excellent administration skills with an eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the telephone
Strong written communication skills
Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Possess strong analytical skills
A proactive, cando person, with the ability to role model a positive, team working culture
Excellent attention to detail whilst multitasking.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels across the business
Driven to continuously improve ways of working
Resilient and adaptable to changing demands and tight deadlines
Able to work independently without continuous supervision
