Job description

The Role

We are seeking a customer service focused Site Coordinator to join Marshall's Audi dealership in Bexley and play a vital role in our day to day operations by assisting the sales team with their operations.

Responsibilities

Photographing and Advertising new cars.
Organisation of the forecourt and moving the vehicles around in a practical and logístical manner.
Ensuring sufficient parking bays are available for customers coming on site by liaising with the technicians, service department and sales department.
Keeping the car park neat tidy and organised.
Provide outstanding customer service when greeting customers.

Required Skills and Experience

You will ideally have experience in a similar role, although this isn't essential. Previous motor industry experience would also be advantageous.

You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

A customer service focus with the ability to be the face of our business
Strong organisation and time management skills to plan tasks.
The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment is essential.
