We have an exciting opportunity for an
assistant or
coordinator with experience in
influencer/talent recruitment and management within
adult content e-platforms, join a growing team with a leading
internet industry as it gears up for
accelerated growth.


In this
central role within our
Market Operation Team, you will help to
extend brand reach and
foster increased business cooperation in the
Europe and Asia markets.

With your finger on the pulse of all things social, your insights and ideas will pave the way for
new collaborations and
campaigns.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively identify new influencers/talents and agencies to add to our roster.
  • Responsible for the daytoday management of a roster of signed influencers and business partners.
  • Manage the project budget.
  • Assisting with the management of the effective performance of brand partnerships including proactive outreach, fee negotiation & general administration.
  • Assist with pitches to nurture successful partnerships and collaborations with new clients and brands.
  • Manage team's calendars and daily administration tasks.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • As the company is actively expanding into the European and Southeast Asian markets, preference will be given to applicants with professional experience and language proficiency relevant to these regions. Please indicate your language skills on your resume.
  • 6 months to 1+ years of relevant experience in influencer management, preferably with a background in internet or talent agencies.
  • Selfstarter who is able to priorities and manage multiple projects and talent simultaneously.

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
