Warehouse Team Leader

Winsford, Cheshire; £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (DOE) plus excellent benefits

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm (4:30pm on Fridays)

9:00am to 6:00pm (5:45pm on Fridays)

A market-leading manufacturing company who supply and fit their specialist product ranges far and wide, is currently looking for a Team Leader for their busy Warehouse in Winsford.

As a Warehouse Team Leader you will:

Lead a team of people in the preparation & supply of products.
Ensure that products are despatched to agreed dates to meet customer expectations and quality standards.
Challenge the status quo and drive improvements in HSE, quality, cost and delivery performance.
Complete all required administration duties such as department complaints management and preparation and management of Standard Operating Procedures
Work as part of the site supervisory team
When necessary to be a "handson" member of the team
Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner. Inc Risk assessments, Racking inspections/repairs, FLT checks

Applicants for the Warehouse Team Leader role will need to have excellent communication skills and have a flexible and adaptable work approach with the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

Experience in leading a team would be an advantage for the Warehouse Team Leader role but is not essential as training will be provided.
