The role of HR Manager will be to help to keep the business resourced and compliant with employment law in the relevant jurisdictions.

These responsibilities include;

  • Working with the Associate HR Director on monthly payroll instructions for the UK and other payrolls (e.g. EU).
  • Managing the Foundation Programme process for new joiners (ensuring the progress, tracking and completion of the induction training.
  • Drafting HR policy and updates as appropriate.
  • To support the development and implementation of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies and procedures in the business, with guidelines on practices and behaviours to improve outcomes for the workforce, stakeholders, communities etc
  • Support with or lead on the continuous review of processes for efficiency's and effectiveness.
  • Supporting with annual HR processes including Appraisals, Bonus review, Salary review processes.
  • Advising staff and line managers on HR policies and practices, both via proactive communications and updates as well as in response to queries.
  • Managing the recruitment process in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Devising and delivering training to line managers on relevant topics, and supporting new and existing line managers with management responsibilities and processes.
  • Supporting the learning and development activities.
  • Undertaking projects to support the business with talent attraction and retention (e.g. EVP, internship programme, learning paths, H&W activities).
  • Other HR initiatives and processes as appropriate to support the business as it continues to expand.
