Description

We are working with a well-known Training Provider who deliver highly engaging, intensive and motivational courses to young people who are struggling with their GCSEs.

Your role will be to work on the courses, leading the classroom by being as engaging and fun as possible, working with students who need support and confidence to help them retain attention where it may be lacking.

We are currently recruiting all over the North region of England.

Pay Rate:
£75 per day.

Duties:

Building rapport with our learners
Motivating and building confidence in learners
Working as part of a team
Supporting learners with their work
Supports the Lead Trainor in a teaching assistant type role
Staying alert and attentive to learners' needs at all times
Drawing out ideas and starting discussions when learners go to task

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Excellent people skills
Confidence to support any learner and break barriers to learning
A clear understanding of safeguarding expectations and professional boundaries

A commitment to training and professional development

Requirements:

An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain
Willing to travel up to 30 minutes either via own transport or public
Similar experience
Be registered as Self-Employed or willing to register as Self-Employed
