MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST
PART TIME - MONDAY, Tuesday & Thursday - 9am - 5.30pm

Salary - c£30,000 pro rata

ITH Health, a division of The ITH Group, is a New Private Health Clinic offering medical and occupational health services to the business community.

We operate from our new modern facilities in Park Royal.

We are recruiting for a Medical Receptionist to support the practice and Doctors.

You will be the initial contact for all telephone and in person contact for the practice and will need excellent communication skills and the ability to be organised and work under pressure during busy periods.

The role will involve

Managing all phone communications into the clinic.
Providing initial direction to patients wishing to access our services.
Registration of new patients and maintenance of all records and filing.
Maintaining the appointments system.
Provide clerical support to the Doctors and other practice staff.
Ensuring the reception and office area is organised including ordering of consumables.
Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and SOP's including updating procedures as directed by Group HSEQ Manager.

Of course, these are the main duties and this is not an exhaustive list.

You will need to be flexible as well to take on ad hoc tasks and work as part of the growing team.

You will have experience working in a similar role in either a GP Surgery, Private Clinical or Hospital setting.

Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills coupled with an eye for detail are essential as is computer literacy including Microsoft office and be able to learn new software packages quickly.

In return you will receive an annual salary of c£30,000 pro rate for working 3 days a week, working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 9am - 5.30pm.
